Anyone can get naked, of any age, naturally. Generally speaking, and at the
risk of sounding obvious:
- Kids are usually happy, and find it innocently natural and fun, to be naked.
- Teenagers tend to cover up and focus on fashion, quite naturally as they
are becoming aware, and usually uncertain, of their sexuality.
- Middle aged people may rediscover, or discover, or continue with, or deny
altogether, their nudity, depending on circumstance.
- Old folk tend to do what they've always done.
There is no "one ring to bind them all, one ring to rule them", (as much as
some people might want one), we all have our own personal choices to make.
