IN-GROUP: There are two groups in society; the in-group and the out-group. The in-group is the group which makes the rules, the out-group is the group which follow alternative rules. Currently naked activity people belong in the out-group, but we are very, very, close to being an in-group. Just witness the number of programs on the television, and magazine and news articles, discussing naked hiking, numbers are UP. However, we still need to promote ourselves to the in-group, (no-one will do this on our behalf), and one way we can help this process is to construct a better network. This will make it easier for people to find us and to join us.

LINKS: The web lives and dies by informative and relevant links Being silent and standing alone in a forest of trees is no way to be noticed, and if we wish our message to be heard, we need to make sure people can hear it. Please help the "Naked Activities" cause by linking to other, related, naked activities web sites. You can link to http://www.naktiv.net via any of the links on our sitemap

Please send me your preferred link (unless I have it already), and/or banner (if you wish), and I will make sure it is displayed on my site on a relevant page. You don't have to link to us particularly, (although we'd be happy if you do), but linking to any related sites and posting relevant links in forums is a great way to spread "nudity is ok" message.

GOOGLE: You can also register your site with Google, who will crawl it in their own time, and then we all become linked internally via Google's own indexing system. The idea is to encourage cross-linking between sites with similar and related themes, and to create a network which is relevant to naked activities, which the definitive Internet search engine knows about. You can create a free webmaster account with Google, and use their webtools to register your own web site, submit a sitemap.xml and to request a crawl of your whole domain.
