Do you sleep naked

Sleeping in the buff. many people do it, but they would never say so.

Since it’s nude recreation month and some of us consider sleeping a recreational activity, let’s talk about it.

PJ’s can be a big pain. You can feel all comfy when you drop off to sleep, but wake up sweaty in the middle of the night. Or my favorite problem; getting all tangled in them and waking up with the top all twisted and the pants up to your knees. Not comfy at all!

Sometimes it is simply not worth the effort. let’s face it, sleeping “nekkid” is simple. You take off your clothes, crawl into bed and sleep. No fuss, no muss.

If you are the type of person who is concerned about being caught sans clothes in an emergency, just lay some by your bed!

Besides the obvious bonus of sleeping naked, there is the higher satisfaction in your relationship. It creates a more intimate environment. Not for sex (maybe a little) but the mind translates having no barrier via clothes as having no barrier in the relationship.
