Gardening season ahead

This Easter has so far given good opportunities for work in the garden. There is always so much to do, all sorts of ”garden cleaning”, removing old stuff in order to prepare for the amazing growing season. Tiny plants that look almost dead gets encouraged to grow, to develop their built-in desire to become beautiful flowers. Still too early in our fairly cold climate for bright and big flowers, but crocus and winter anemones are here now.

Some breaks are needed, using the main porch. Lovely in the sun there.

  1. I totally agree, I re potted my baby strawberry plants that had grown from the runners last year and this last week have taken off and already started flowering. I unfortunately don’t have the luxury of a garden just a few containers of strawberry plants on my balcony which if I can tend to in the nude in the early morning.

  2. I used to think that World Naked Gardening Day came too early in the year (it’s in May), but this year we are doing rather well in April! (I did my first naked gardening this year in that warm spell we had in February!)
    Keep up the good work…
