Same here! And to think it all started with persistent back pain and no health care.
What do you enjoy most about it?-
I started yoga in my 60s and got pretty good. My lower back pain went away. About four years ago, for no very good reason, I stopped and then regretted that. For the past 6 months I’ve been coming back, and at age 77 it’s hard! Moral of the story: You look great, Gavin. Don’t stop!

I’ve been plenty active lately! Renewed my daily practice of yoga and pursuing the possibility of bringing a group together for regular sessions.
Hoping some insight from others will allow me to improve my capability as a yogi, with the ultimate goal of becoming a certified instructor.
