I have been comfortable in my own body for as long as I can remember and never been shy of my natural state unless others around have been uncomfortable. It was however the most liberating experience to have finally moved into my own place and not needing to feel that I need to be covered up. I never really identified myself as anything other than myself until I discovered I was a nudist!I'm 36 years old and have been a full time home nudist for at least 8 years. Living in London makes it hard to be nude outdoors, but I'm looking for further opportunities to do so (weather permitting). There's nothing that feels better than to feel the sun on your body or doing yoga without getting any clothing caught up somewhere it's not wanted! The freedom of swimming totally free is one of my favourite activities. It would be great to meet other nudists, especially any other in or around London.
