About me

Your clothes conceal much of your beauty, yet they hide not the unbeautiful.
And though you seek in garments the freedom of privacy you may find in them a harness and a chain.
Would that you could meet the sun and the wind with more of your skin and less of your raiment,
For the breath of life is in the sunlight and the hand of life is in the wind.

On Clothes – Kahlil Gibran From The Prophet (1926)

I believe that Naturism is a wonderful thing, a “rainment of light”, naturism that is a symbol of the best in us.Social nudity is the aspect of sharing of the childlike wonder of who we really are. In its essence it has nothing whatever to do with sex but in fact the complete opposite. It is a symbol of purity as the naked Jain saints of ancient India realised. We must never take it lightly, but to help spread the acceptance of our nudity in western society.Society in northern Europe, particularly in Germany,Scandinavia and the Netherlands seem more accepting of it and it is an attitude we need to promote more in our own society.

Naturism is non judgemental and so enjoyable to have the sun and wind and water on naked skin,to glide nude through water like a fish.

I have been a naturist almost all my life;since throwing off my clothes as a small child in Normandy.Having a passion for all things Scandinavian and French,I soon discovered both the sauna culture in Finland and Sweden, even diving into the cold Baltic from a hot sauna,as well as discovering the naturist beaches in France,in particular the beach at Saveterre near Sable d'Olonne in the 1980's.

I am a frequent attender at Rio's sauna (Kentish Town) in London as well as having been a member of Silverleigh in Kent.I love hot saunas and cold plunge pools which are so invigorating if you dare after a sauna session.
I love receiving massage (Swedish but try Thai!) as well as giving. You receive more by giving in this life.
I love the outdoors including hill walking and wild swimming when I can. So far I have not hill walked nude except once at Origan, near Puget (north of Nice) in the south of France.I would like to though.

I am tall,6ft,shaven headed and my body is smooth. I am slim and people say that I look younger for my age.

I am educated, well read and open minded. I love all things French and Scandinavian. I have a passion for art and art galleries, particularly of course the nude in the history of art and photography.

I am married but I am in an open relationship, as that is more honest in the age we live.

Who I'd like to meet

People who share my values, who are kind, considerate and enjoy conversation as well as the joy of being nude and free of clothes and are able to put by for a while the cares of the world. I would love to make new friends.
I would also like to meet someone who sails and may need deck hands. I sailed with a wonderful naturist friend and his wife from Barry in south Wales in the 1990's, on their Westerly Berwick yacht.Nothing is better sailing in the nude, sun on your face and the wind on your skin.
