Try Tavira Portugal

July 17, 2015 in Uncategorized

The beach is brilliant and stretches for miles We caught the ferry from Tavira to the island, and the first time got off the ferry and turned left and walked for ages. We decided to get a drink and give up but the bloke in the bar gave us directions. At last we found it Eureka. The best way is when you get off the ferry follow everyone else and head to the restaurants. There is a camp site on the right. Keep walking through the restaurants heading towards the Red Cross building and toilets. Follow the board walk to the beach bar XiRi then head towards the sea and turn right looking seawards. Before long you see fellow naturists everywhere.
There is another option by going to Santa Luzia but you really need transport as the buses seem infrequent and walking takes a long time.

Gets very hot and sea can be rough. The other day two people got into trouble and couldn't get back as the sea was so rough but six brave people went to their rescue. It took ages for the life guards to arrive as they only patrol the textile area. One of the people rescued was taken away in a beach buggy come ambulance, probably shock. Shows how careful you need to be.

We were with another family on the west coast of France and they had been out for the day and reported back that they had found a nudist beach.
Next day my wife and kids went to find the beach.
On arrival I couldn't wait to get naked.
The feeling of being completely free was amazing.
The following year I wanted to find a holiday I could experience being naked again.
We found a holiday near a naturist beach (Pampelone) in the south of France near st Tropez. The first day we turned left and not one person was naked but on the second day turning right bliss we had found my personal utopia.

Croatia

We wanted to experience Croatia again and decided we wanted to try the islands.
We found a group trip to Rab and Losinj.
Both islands are so picturesque but without sandy beaches, mostly craggy rocks and need to have footware to get into the sea.
The first hotel was on the island of Rab, they had a free boat trip to a local beach near an FKK beach and for £1 per person the boat man would take you and pick you up to the nudist beach.
There were mostly Germans and Austrians but no problem. There were toilets and restaurants and a cocktail bar. When we returned the other members of the group wanted to know how we spent our day so we said that we tried out the nudist beach. Not one person gave us any negative vibes.
The next island was Losinj and the FKK beach was a 10 minute walk so any free days we went there for the all over tan, we were always open with anyone who asked how we spent our time. One lady confided that any time she was alone she would be naked in the garden.
Best to always be honest that you enjoy being naked.
If anyone wants more info on the holiday just ask.
There was an old couple who were from Liverpool, in their eighties, we had all been jigging about and my wife and myself decided to have an early night.
We were saying our goodbyes and the old lady said, Peter are you on the promise?
What could I say?
