I am a health active gentleman, who enjoys the outdoors, hiking, backpacking the Sierra's. I live alone with my dog and cat along the beautiful Gaviota South Coast on the west end of a 14,500 acre cattle ranch, known as that of Hollister Ranch, it is private, with a 24 hour security front gate, we have 8 1/2 miles of private beaches also, I also enjoy surfing the Ranch at various times as well. I built my 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, early California Ranch style home back in 2003, and enjoy it's many beautiful features,an outdoor shower, a Jacuzzi that over looks at 500 foot cliff and has a beautiful night sky to view the stars. I have 3 grown children, who are on there own and live in southern California. I am semi-retired form work, and work actively around my house and Ranch.
