Mission statement, rules, etc.

I’ve posted a couple of pages which outline the mission statement for
the site, rationale for how the site is arranged, and a rules page of
what can get a member warned and banned. Sigh.
I hope it makes for interesting reading, and I’m sure it will need
adjusting over time. In the meantime you can get to all the pages from
