It’s May 4th and it is 95 degrees in Seguin, Texas and the car needs washing. Am I going to wear clothes? Hell no!

I can recall when I helped a female friend & her husband wash a boat on a trailer ! We were all naked and somehow I think that was the most sensible choice we ever made. Two jets of water, one huge tub of water with detergent, two large sponges and metres of material to dry of any small areas that need to be dry. No matter how organised & sensible we had planned to be it all descended into a soapy very wet chaos ! I don’t recall how the boat eventually got finished off but I know the three of us ended just laid out on the patio totally exhausted. We let the sun dry us off & we wet our insides with long cool drinks.
That’s an awesome story. To have friends like that is my greatest wish. Glad you got to experience it.
That’s the way to do it! I’m not too far from you (Bastrop), but with my cars only able to get to the front yard I can’t wash them in the nude. It’s a pity.
Bare skin is the PERFECT attire for car washing! It doesn’t matter if it gets wet, soap rinses right off, and in warm weather it feels better to get a little wet on purpose!
Not to mention, no wet clothes to add to the laundry!
