What is the light that makes me transparent that illuminates everything I know that it goes through even the stone and makes it precious alabaster. Light also goes inside us; it flows along with the atoms, lighting up the photons. Light doesn’t weigh. I don’t know how much its quantum is. It scrutinizes our souls. … Read more
Hello everyone, we are Andrea and Mark, just your normal average married late 50s couple, with grown up kids all left home. We fell into naturism around 12 years ago, and loved the freedom so much, we eventually emigrated from the UK to Vera Playa in S/E Spain to enjoy more nude freedom. We work … Read more
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Everyone. I recently posted a write up about my naturist activities in 2021. If you’d like you can read about them here at https://bccin.wordpress.com/2021/12/11/naturist-activities-of-2021/ I had a really great time this year with lots of opportunities to be with like minded people.
A few days ago, I took this photograph of myself. I just liked it. Now that Christmas and the New Year are approaching, I can see more. And I understand the ritual of the upcoming holidays. The cherry tree has lost all its leaves: it is naked like me. But after Christmas and New Year, … Read more

It was nice day for walk today. No wind and a little sun that occasionally peeked out. The walk lasted over an hour and it was a great experience to be naked in this beauty and peace of winter nature.
Nature rewards me: it’s true, it’s just a little play of mine, things that come to me. I can’t read Nature’s thoughts, that is, if she has prepared this red carpet because she was waiting for me. I am sure that Nature does not have the same categories as I do, and I am pushing … Read more
In autumn, everything is golden. The light that filters through the leaves is a joy to the eyes. The vines, after giving us the sweet bunches, now give us their colours. And these mulberry trees, now that there are no more silkworms, after giving us shade in summer, now give us this precious light; a … Read more
I had free afternoon and I have used it well.. 🙂 In the beginning I had a T-shirt and shorts. Also because of the people, but also because of the cold, because I didn’t move very much in the morning and so I didn’t feel very warm. But after about one kilometer I got to … Read more
Our words carve out boundaries between one thing and another of what we see. We name this and that: the light, the leaves, the pond. We add with our adjectives something only human, but indifferent to nature: there is a “naked” man! Nature has no thoughts: it has other ways of coordinating, of not bumping … Read more
We had a surprise party laid on for us for our 26th anniversary, by our great friend Angela who is about to leave the UK for a working experience in Tenerife. She has been so good to us over the last 10 or 12 years through our most trying health issues. Her fabulous late mother … Read more
A short while ago a friend and I went for a hike with my dog Polly in the Tarragona region of Catalunya, Spain. It didn’t take long for the heat and the uphill hike and my age and general (un)fitness to start making me sweat. So off come the clothing and onwards and upwards went the … Read more
In 1529-33 Angelo Beolco (aka Ruzante) published the comedy “La moschetta” in Paduan dialect. Although the actual birth happened just after 7am the sight of a (precautionary) ambulance … Read more
This week we had special days in Slovakia, because our Pope Francis visited us. I also planned to visit him on Wednesday, September 15, when we also had a public holiday.
